This Privacy Policy applies to you as a user of a certain game application (the "App") of NOW PRODUCTION Co., Ltd. ("NOWPRO" or "we" or "us"). NOWPRO is committed to protecting your privacy.

NOWPRO may collect your information (including personal information) as set out below:

    • Name, username (nickname), age (birth month), gender, photos, images and other profile information
    • Email address, physical address, phone number and other contact information
    • ID, password, and other information necessary for identity verification
    • Credit card information, bank account information, and other information necessary for payment
    • Information you input through registration forms or other input interfaces
    • Other information related to any of the above-listed information
  • （2） Collected automatically
    • Cookies, online identifiers such as advertising IDs, device type, operating system, language and time zone settings, browser type, app version, IP address, carrier name or other information related to your device, app, and network
    • Information about how you use the App and your activity history
    • Location information
    • Other information related to any of the above-listed information

    • Payment information you provided to a payment processing provider
    • Information you provided to a certain social media service or other third-party service on which you have a user account (only when you link the App with such third-party service)
    • Information about your activity history including cookies ("personal-related information") in the possession of a third party who does not possess your name or other personally identifiable information. * NOWPRO acquire such personal-related information as personal data by linking it with your personal information managed by NOWPRO.

4.Purposes of Use of Personal Information
NOWPRO uses your personal information for the following purposes:
  • （1）To register you with our services in the App, provide you with our services, provide you with user support, and notify you of matters necessary for our service operation;
  • （2）To send you information about the App and other NOWPRO's businesses;
  • （3）To respond to your inquiries;
  • （4）To analyze your browsing history, purchase history, and similar information in order to market or advertise certain products or services according to your interests and preferences;
  • （5）To offer you promotions or sweepstakes;
  • （6）To improve the App and develop new services;
  • （7）To charge you the fee for the App, give you refunds, make payments, or to conduct payment- related processes;
  • （8）To deal with violations of the Terms of Use of the App or other rules established by NOWPRO, or other unauthorized activities; or
  • （9）To provide your personal data to third parties as set out in this Privacy Policy.
5.Restriction of Provision to Third Parties
Without your consent or unless otherwise provided for by applicable laws or ordinances, NOWPRO will not provide your personal information to any third party.
6.Outsourcing
NOWPRO may engage an external provider to handle your personal information in order to achieve the purposes of use of your personal information. If NOWPRO chooses to outsource the handling of your personal information, NOWPRO shall select an external provider with proven capability to handle personal information in an appropriate manner. NOWPRO shall enter into a contract with such external provider, stipulating all necessary matters to prevent leakage or unauthorized use of your personal information, including how your personal information is managed, confidentiality, and prohibition of re-provision to other third parties, and NOWPRO shall ensure that such external provider manages your personal information in an appropriate manner.
7.Obtaining Your Information
In addition to your personal information, NOWPRO may collect the following information about you in connection with your use of the App:
  • Manufacturer, model, and operating system of your device
  • Name and characteristics of the mobile application through which you interact with the relevant service
  • Country, time zone, and regional settings (country name and your language)
  • IP address
  • User agent of your internet browser used to access the relevant service
  • Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for iOS devices
  • Device ID
  • Location information
  • Date of birth you entered
  • Diary entries generated in your account
8.About Cookies
NOWPRO may use cookies and similar technologies, web beacons, and IP addresses for the purposes listed below. A "cookie" is stored as a file in your computer when you visit a web page, which stores, among other information, the history of data exchanged between your browser and the relevant server, and your inputs on that web page. A "web beacon" is a small image file embedded within a web page that records the fact that you have accessed the web page.
  • To provide customized services tailored to you by referencing your registration information stored in cookies or similar sources when you log in to the authentication service.
  • To investigate the number of users and traffic on the NOWPRO website.
  • To improve NOWPRO services.
  • To maintain security by prompting you to re-enter your password (re-authenticate you) after a certain period of inactivity.
  • To make good use of your browsing history and survey results for our marketing activities in our services requiring you to first register your personal information.

You can refuse the use of cookies and web beacons by the NOWPRO website by configuring your browser settings to reject cookies or disable image display. However, please note that if you configure your browser settings as stated above, this may restrict your use of various internet services, such as preventing access to certain features like customization functions or services requiring authentication.

9.Use of Google Analytics
NOWPRO may use Google Analytics to understand how our customers use the services related to the App. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to collect information about your access to the NOWPRO website without identifying you. None of your information collected, recorded, or analyzed by Google Analytics contains any personally identifiable information.
The methods for collecting and using your access information are governed by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

10.Use of Information Collection Modules
NOWPRO may use the third-party information collection modules listed below, independent of the App's functions, to display advertisements tailored to you and to measure the effect of such advertisements. For details on each information collection module and its purpose of use of information, please refer to the relevant third party's Privacy Policy. Details can be found at the respective URL.
11.Security Measures
NOWPRO implements technical, organizational, personnel, physical, and other necessary security measures to protect your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act.
12.Retention of Personal Information
NOWPRO will not retain your personal information beyond the extent necessary for the intended purposes of use. Unless necessary for data processing, your personal information will be promptly and securely deleted upon expiration of the statutory retention period.
13.Requests for Disclosure
Pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, you may request NOWPRO to disclose to you your personal information held by NOWPRO or the records of NOWPRO's provision of your personal data to third parties. Upon NOWPRO's receipt of such request from you, NOWPRO will disclose such information or records to you without delay, unless NOWPRO is exempted from such disclosure obligation under the Personal Information Protection Act or other applicable laws or ordinances. In the event of NOWPRO's determination not to disclose your personal information to you, NOWPRO will notify you thereof without delay.
14.Requests for Corrections
If you have found that your personal information held by NOWPRO is incorrect, you may request NOWPRO to make a correction, addition, or deletion (collectively, a "Correction") to your personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Upon NOWPRO's receipt of such request from you, NOWPRO will conduct necessary investigations without delay, and if, as a result of those investigations, NOWPRO determines that your request is justified, NOWPRO will make Corrections to your personal information without delay. In the event of NOWPRO's determination whether or not NOWPRO will make Corrections, NOWPRO will notify you thereof without delay.
15.Cessation of Use of Personal Information
If NOWPRO has provided your personal information to a third party without your consent, you may request NOWPRO to cease such provision to the third party, and/or if NOWPRO handles your personal information beyond the extent of the purposes of using your information publicly announced by NOWPRO or if NOWPRO has acquired your personal information by deception or other wrongful means, you may request NOWPRO to cease the use of, or to delete, your personal information held by NOWPRO (Such cessation of provision, cessation of use, and deletion of your personal information by NOWPRO are collectively referred to as the "Cessation of Use."), pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Upon NOWPRO's receipt of such request from you, NOWPRO will conduct necessary investigations without delay, and if, as a result of those investigations, NOWPRO determines that your request is justified, NOWPRO will implement the Cessation of Use without delay; provided, however, that if implementing the Cessation of Use would incur substantial costs or is otherwise almost impossible, and any alternative measures necessary to protect your rights and interests are available for NOWPRO, NOWPRO shall implement such alternative measures.
In the event of NOWPRO's determination whether or not NOWPRO will implement the Cessation of Use, NOWPRO will notify you thereof without delay.
16.Procedures to Disclose Personal Information
If you make any of the requests as set out in the preceding three Sections, please complete the request form specified in subsection (1) below and send it to the mailing address specified in subsection (2), together with your identity documents specified on the request form. Please note that we will charge you a fee of ¥1,000 per request for disclosure of your personal information.

17.Procedure for Privacy Policy Amendment
NOWPRO will review this Privacy Policy from time to time and strive to improve it. Unless otherwise provided for by applicable laws or ordinances, NOWPRO reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. The amended Privacy Policy shall take effect once NOWPRO has notified you thereof by using the method designated by NOWPRO and/or has posted it on the App or on the NOWPRO website.
